If you’re a beginner, or someone who loves working outbut feels a little lost not knowing what to eat or which exercises you should be doing, if you just want to behealthier and want to change your nutrition, this Challenge is for you.

It all started when I was in high school. I was a really insecure 16 year old who had a lot of anxiety, no self esteem, hobbies or goals. One day I decided I wanted to do something to help me feel better. So I started to go to the gym after school just for fun, to run on the treadmill, do abs, stairmaster and to test my strength in some exercises. I ended up falling in love with the process and started to spend hours at the gym every day.
Fitness helped me realize that we are all capable of more than we think. I started to have discipline in all areas of my life and understand that if you believe in yourself and have dedication, anything is possible. Today, besides having a healthy lifestyle, I am also a bodybuilder/Wellness athlete and a Certified personal trainer + Fitness coach.
I am completely passionate about fitness because it changed my life. And my biggest dream is to inspire as many people as I can.
Having a better lifestyle, putting yourself first, focusing on your health, overcoming your anxiety, choosing to become a better version of yourself, whatever it is. Fitness isn’t just for your physical changes, but also about the confidence and mentally strength you will gain along the journey.
